Peter has over 35 years of experience in the Information Management (IM) industry managed over 100 system implementations. Peter has more than 3 decades of experience as an entrepreneur with hands-on experience managing delivery teams, developing strategy and forecasting budget. His previous career as a software engineer in both the government and financial sector strengthened his ability in project delivery. He has extensive experience in both the public (Government) and private sectors. Peter possesses strong analytical and business process skills, which translate into superior interaction with client and Locus team members, resulting in shorter timeframes for sales effort.
Ted has over 25 years of experience in the Information Management (IM) industry. His primary responsibilities include assessing and understanding the current and future state of the enterprise information market segment, as well as plotting a course for Locus to ensure our offerings meet the demands and expectations of our customers. He has been an innovator in this market segment and has developed a broad understanding of the market. Presently, he focuses on vendor and customer partnerships as the prime contact, in addition to his customer-facing role to ensure Locus’ services meet our customers’ objectives and provide value to their organizations.
For almost two decades, Allan has been at the center of Locus – Professional Services Delivery. A Professional Engineer with exceptional skills for maintaining On-time, On Budget delivery. Allan manages the fixed cost delivery teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. Allan follows the Zachman framework in either Microsoft / OpenText / Java / .Net technologies and has aligned Locus to the Unified I&IT Project Management Methodology adopted by OPS.
Raymond has been at the center of Locus Operation Team for two decades managing the Managed Services organization and provide hands-on system administration, maintenance and support. A Computer Engineer with exceptional skills for managing customer expectation, exceeding SLA targets and achieving excellent customer satisfactions. Raymond is a dedicated, results-oriented member, he works well under intense pressures and able to meet tight deadlines and brings along extensive experience in Microsoft Azure and OpenText implementation and support.
